With a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a wealth of experience as an ER RN, Michelle brings a unique perspective to our practice. Specializing in counseling, trauma, and infant and early childhood mental health, she is committed to supporting our community in Okaloosa, Coffee, and Dale counties, Alabama.

Originally from Chicago and now calling Enterprise, Alabama home, Michelle is a proud member of a retired military family, with a background working with special operations aviation and earning multiple military awards. A published author and professional dog trainer, Michelle’s diverse experiences and compassionate approach make her a valuable addition to our team.

Pensacola native, Alex brings over 11 years of NICU nursing experience. Alex has spent most of her career as a travel nurse, caring for the tiniest and sickest patients across the country. Her diverse nursing background has allowed her to work in a variety of healthcare settings, building strong clinical skills while providing personalized, compassionate care.

Alex is certified in BLS and NRP and also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Family & Child Sciences from Florida State University. When she’s not working, she enjoys practicing yoga, traveling, a little retail therapy and soaking up the sun at the beach.

Emergency/Trauma nurse of 6+ years with a true passion and genuine love for helping others. Credentialed in BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and CEN. Erica enjoys being a calm, empathetic presence and resource for others in chaotic or stressful times.

Originally from Ohio and having lived a nomadic military life, but now happily settled in the panhandle. In her free time, Erica enjoys spending time with her family and puppy, traveling, being at the beach and staying active in the gym.

With over 30 years of nursing experience, primarily in a Level I Trauma Emergency Room setting, Lisa brings a deep passion for patient care, compassion, and professionalism to ECIV. She currently continues to serve full-time in the ER, where she has dedicated decades to helping patients through some of life’s most critical moments.

Originally from the Birmingham area, she chose to trade city life for the white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast to create a better life and more opportunities for her four children. As a proud “LocAL,” she is deeply invested in the community and loves being surrounded by the people and lifestyle that make this area so special.

Outside of nursing, she’s a dedicated sports mom whose life revolves around year-round games, practices, and supporting her kids and their involvement in GS athletics and church activities, and she wouldn’t have it any other way. Her greatest passion is serving others. She believes that if she can make even one person feel better, more comfortable, or cared for through her work, then every moment in healthcare has been worth it.

Ben is a licensed massage therapist with over five years of professional experience. His practice is rooted in mindfulness, with a focus on creating a calming, supportive environment tailored to each client’s unique needs.

His dedication to the craft has been recognized with two runner-up awards for Best Massage Therapist in Inweekly’s Best of the Coast.
